Youper Boys Compression Brief with Soft Protective Athletic Cup, Youth Underwear for Baseball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse

My son who is 11 years old and an average size has worn the peewee size of this product before and since we have been trying to find another one in youth size to fit. We have been unsuccessful so when we saw the same brand of what he used a couple of years ago and loved we hurry up an ordered a pair. The briefs are a perfect fit however the protective athletic cup is so large that it rubbed my son's thighs and caused a friction burn. He said it kept moving around. So, the second game we took the athletic cup from the peewee pair we had and put it in these briefs and they were perfect. I am a mom and am no expert on the male anatomy and what is considered a small or a large but according to my husband he is of average size for a boy his age. He said that the my son didn't really need the support as a peewee but wanted him to get used to it younger. When comparing the peewee cup and the youth cup there is a very large size difference. My husband feels the youth size should be more like High School boys.

I got this for my 8 year old son, which was too big, bit my 10 year old it fits perfectly. He said it's very comfortable and doesnt shift.

Size regular is good fit and comfortable for 4'8 and 4'11 at 65, 75 lbs. Easy first experience. Priced reasonably compared to many others and suits the need.

I had previously been loyal to another brand until they stopped making underwear past size youth medium. I was told to go to an adult extra small. Adult extra small is not the same as a youth large so thank Youper for making youth large! The underwear is nicely made and thin enough to brethr, nice combination of cotton and polyester and spandex. We probably use a cup from the other brand as this one feels like foam but probably would be perfect for indoor practices with soft balls.

I got this for my son when he started playing tackle football this season. Not a lot of guys that we knew even used cups for football, but my son was insistent. So, we went for a softer style so that he'd both be protected and be able to move the way he needed to. After the first practice, the first thing my son said when he got in the car was, "I'm really glad I was wearing a cup." So, it must do the job.

Fits my son who is 65 pounds and a size 8 perfectly. Good quality product.

Only 3 stars due to the bright green cup being so loud, the color is visible thru the underwear and in his white football pants.. since his Jersey are super long and tucked in he hasn't had to wear a 2nd undergarment. If his game day pants weren't white this would have been higher rating

I purchased these for both of my boys to use while playing baseball. They fit both of them correctly (as expected based on size chart) and the cup fits nicely in a pocket in the undergarment. This also allows for easy cleaning of the underwear absent of the cup. I would recommend this product.
