NOT WATERPROOF !!
Before using this housing with the camera installed, I made two dives to 30m (100 feet) with the case empty. On the first dive, I did not operate any of the controls and it came up dry.However on the second dive, I operated all the controls and there was water visible inside when I surfaced - not much, but enough to cause concern. I did not open the case at that time as I wanted to establish whether it was a leak rather than a severe case of condensation.On returning later to my room I first rinsed the exterior of the housing in clean fresh water, then dried it. After the exterior was completely dry, I opened it to sample the water inside. It tasted salty, which was evidence of seawater ingress,and therefore a leak. I have not used the housing since.It would probably be OK for using on a boat, perhaps for swimming and maybe even snorkelling, but it is not safe to entrust with an expensive camera while scuba diving, and therefore it is not fit for its advertised purpose.Recommendation: DO NOT BUY !!
