Supported my knee well!
I twisted my knee therefore, I needed this as my knee starting clicking every time I was doing squats/squat variations. Overtime, my knee stopped clicking but this knee support defo kept it all in place whilst carrying out my training program. Now I wear it just when carrying out super heavy weights. #dodgyknees

it's a good and tight on the knee but the material thread ...
I got the medium, it's a good and tight on the knee but the material thread on the red side is incredibly poor, it keeps shedding, and i just got it and have used it maybe 5 times now, that's not good enough. I believe i could get that same support with a knee sleeve whose material is intact and i likely am. People look at other options
