ANKOVO Medical Forehead and Ear Thermometer, Instant Reading Infrared Digital Medical Thermometer for Baby, Kids, Toddler and Adults

So I was checking my daughter (8mo old) almost constantly and kept chalking her screaming up to just teething... Took off the cap to use in the ear and BOOM 102 FEVER THAT THE FOREHEAD NEVER READ!! Took my daughter to the ER of course and she had an ear infection, who knows how long she's had this and in pain...

The thermometer gave false readings, but we were contacted by customer service who were really great , they offered us a refund or exchange, so I’ve changed my rating

It’s fairly accurate, it’ll get the job done. I don’t like the fact that sometimes I use it and it says that it’s over 100 and the second after I used it and it’s 98

I was super excited to use this. I turn it on and it turns off after 2 seconds and doesn’t complete a reading :( very disappointed....

I was looking for a thermometer that uses either AAA or AA battery instead of the tiny LR41 battery in the oral digital thermometer that I had. I couldn’t figure out how to get the tiny dead LR41 battery out after the battery died, besides it’s hard to find a LR41 replacement battery at my stores. I was delighted to find this one that uses 2 AAA batteries. It has 3 modes. Price was also right. All these played a role into my decision of purchasing this thermometer. It’s easy to use. I did a test run and the temperature was accurate. I am happy with this thermometer.

I received it without the ear piece but its ok for that .. but every time since i bought , its always give me the same reading . My baby had a fever 3 time last two months .. and evey time i use this product its just shown his temperature is 36 c or 36.5 c . I felt that something wrong coz he is shivering so i toke it by Mercury thermometer and its 39 c . Bad product not accurate at all.

The sensor works good. From the second you push the button to do the forehead reading, you have a split second to graze it across the forehead, before it beeps & stops reading... BUT it does seem to work as advertised. Also, this would probably not be best for someone with difficulty hearing, as the nose it makes to let you know to scan the head, is extremely quiet. Good price.

I thought this product was good for the price. It read the temperature accurately and was made with good quality.
