Delicious! Easy to Grow
So, i grew these in a sprout tray on one layer of paper towel (just put "sprout tray" in Amazon search and you'll see it right there- light green bottom, white mesh overlay tray as shown in my pic, and i got one with a lid, but you can use plastic wrap). I changed the water underneath every morning, and made sure the paper towel did not dry out by swishing the tray around every so often (like twice a day) so the water touched the sides of the paper towel keeping it moist under the plants. The purple plants one one side are rambo radish i planted thinly next to these cress. The cress seeds become gelatinous with water, like chia, and easily spread single layer on the paper towel with the back of a spoon once moist. The picture shows the seeds after 1 week, and after i already harvested (and ate) about 30% in small patches all over, just to thin them out a bit. i don't water from the top once grown like this, so they don't get wet on top. I just pull them off the paper towel and rinse and eat, even the seeds and roots. This is good stuff, and tastes amazing and unique compared to radish, broccoli or alfalfa- a totally different flavor that complements a lot of dishes like a spice. The germination rate was outstanding as u can see from my (already harvested) pic

Excellent seeds
Following video instruction from Youtube, I have grown several trays of delicious cress microgreens. I've had no problems with germination and the cress grows quickly. There's nothing like fresh, tasty cress microgreens on scrambled eggs in the morning. I will buy my future seeds from Sprout House when I run out.

Very Good To Eat!
My husband cooks warm milk with these seeds in it and it it is very good. He also makes a Moroccan oatmeal dish and puts these seeds in it and it tastes real good. We do not grow it. However, I should try to grow it sense he uses it so much! We recommend these seeds.

Not satisfied with this purchase!
I like gardening and wanted to also try these in my food for their touted health benefits. I figured I'd try them out from a touted organic gardener!Well, I couldn't grow them like I grow many other things. I can't tell you why they didn't do well. They're not easy to crunch, not easy to grind (require me to buy a grinder - not part of my purchase).

Nutritious...eat em up
I didn't realize these form a gel similar to chia seeds. They can't be sprouted in a jar they have to be spread onto soil. I don't mind I guess but not what I was expecting. There are a lot of seeds so you definitely get your money's worth!
