Hard to find Elbow
These flat elbows are hard to find - this worked great to get the vent for a gas stove between the wall studs and a floor truss. A round elbow would never have fit - or been big enough for the air flow.

Dimensions not to specs
I had the same problem as another one-star reviewer. The short dimensions on both openings were 3.125 in. and 3.375 in. rather than 3.25 in. The long dimension on the flanged opening was 10 in. but 9.75 on the other opening. Bottom line: neither end would mate with 3.25 x 10 in. ducting. It went back.Follow up: I bought a replacement elbow at Menards. It cost 30% more but I got 100% better quality.

Rivets reaching inside
It worked for what I needed it for. But I found it a little strange that it was riveted, and the small bumps could be seen and felt on the inside. Seems like a recipe for catching oil, dust, hair, ...

Wider at one side than the other on both the inlet and outlet, so it doesn't mate well with the duct. Works, but be ready to use plenty of duct tape.

A defective part will not be returnable after 30 days.
Sorry to say the part I received was manufactured the wrong size and not fit the mating part.I did not inspect the part when I received it and when I finally went to use it I found it to be defective. Too late for me to exchange it or get a refund.Sorry for my mistake.
