I bought this as I needed heat during the day for a very painful shoulder while I work.these did not even come close to being any good.There is not enough adhesive tape to stick it to your clothes & the couple of tiny strips that are on there are not sticky.Then it doesn't even get warm...absolutely useless

These don't stick well. It would have been better if the sticky suff was all over, however, I bought some medical sticking tape and secure it with that at the ends, then it stays in place. It s good when the pain is at the base of the neck and where the shoulder meets the neck, but not when the pain is up the top of the neck. I have only just got my husband to put it on 1 hour ago, as my shoulders are very painful and I couldn't put it on, so I will get back here this evening to tell how it has helpedmy pain.
