Helpful & Inspiring
I have to learn jump roping all over again vs. what it was as a kid. The video is very informative, entertaining and challenging. Although I can do some of the basics, the video is 'pushing' me to try/learn some of the many other techniques. I've had 2 ropes for 2 months. So I've much to attempt. Great, convenient cardio workout. Can do anytime of day and when time comes rope will be a good traveling companion. I had no idea one could be capable of doing what Buddy Lee can do with rope. . . inspiring.
