I made a huge batch of vegetable soup in seconds. The chopping function saved me loads of time. However, the finger safety guard didn't work at all with carrots. The carrots easily fell off the finger guard when slicing so I had to use the slicing attachment without the guard. I was really concerned about slicing the tops of my fingers off. I was really careful. I wouldn't want my wife to use the cutter because of the safety concern. On the whole I still like the 7 in 1 vegetable chopper and slicer. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the safety concern.

I bought this kitchen aid at my wife's request as she has painfully arthritic hands, making it difficult for her to chop or dice vegetables. She tells me that this product has made those tasks almost a pleasure, and that the results are much more consistent.She therefore highly recommends the 'Harcas' 7 in 1 Pro Version to anyone thinking of making a purchase.The only reason for the lack of a rating for durability is because we have only very recently purchased the item. Having said that, it appears to be quite robust, so I am not expecting any problems in that area.

wasn't sure about this as had a weak similar product in the past. So pleased. This is sturdy and very easy to use. Very sharp! Very robust. Quality is excellent. Arrived in good time and well packaged. It has been in constant use. Parts go in dishwasher and come out perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this product. And would use the seller again if the rest of their products are of such good quality.

As someone who’s severely sight impaired, this was perfect for me, particularly when needing to fine dice veg, rather than risking using a sharp knife and losing a fingertip. I’ve only used it half a dozen times or so, and really only the dicing blades. The fine dice blade has gone already even though I prep the veg first before using it. Two of the blades have broken from the attachment making it unusable and a little dangerous to handle. I’ll hold onto the rest of the set for now and see how the other attachments perform but I’m already looking for a more durable replacement.

Product arrived promptly which is always a good start. On the whole I am pleased with this product. It does exactly what it's suppose to do, efficiently. It's easy to clean and the cutting blades are extremely sharp. My only slight criticism would be that the instruction booklet is a little sparse and you have to work a lot out for yourself.Overall though, good product which works well and the supplier delivered promptly.

Very good for chopping and slicing softer types of vegetables but struggles with harder types of vegetables. Blades are very sharp so care is needed when cleaning. Not sure how durable this item will be but the construction looks strong so hopefully it will be good for some time. I have not used all the attachments yet but there is a good range of things to try.

I have been most impressed with the versatility and ease of use of this very good vegetable cutter / slicer. I have had no problems with all the vegetables that I have processed but would add a word of advice when chopping turnip - Do Not use slices that are too thick before dicing. I managed to do it and the machine came through unscathed but I believe it is imperative with the harder root vegetables to slice reasonably thinly before dicing. Otherwise a great addition to our kitchen tools. Well pleased with the results.
