Perfect B Complex for Stress and Oily Skin – Trusted Brand
I really like the Nature Made Stress B Complex because the vitamin B dosage is enough for daily use but not too high, which is perfect for oily or acne-prone skin. The 23.9 mg of zinc helps control oil—I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin. This B Complex also contains vitamins C and E for skin health, and folic acid to support brain and heart function. The B vitamins are supposed to help with energy and stress—I haven’t noticed a big change yet, but I might need to take it longer, and I’ll update my review if I see improvements. There is a slight smell, which is normal for B-complex vitamins, but it’s mild and manageable. I also trust Nature Made as a brand. Many of my supplements are from them, and their products are third-party verified, which makes me feel confident about the quality and safety. Overall, this is a well-rounded, reliable supplement for everyday use and overall wellness.

Great product!!!
Love them!!! I have cured my carpal tunnel in my wrists!!! These work! An RN told me to take high doses of vitamin B. All the B vitamins and it would cure it and I didn’t believe her and figured I would be having surgery! But give these awhile to work! Not any vitamins work until after 2 months worth. I just realized one day I didn’t have any more pain!!! I use to buy expensive stress B vitamins! But between what is in my 1 a day vitamins and these I get a lot of the B Vitamins! You can’t take too much B vitamins. What your body doesn’t use you wet out!

A little funky smelling (like all B vitamins), turns your urine vibrant yellow, but I like the content profile and quality.

Do not take on empty stomach
The tablts are twice the suze of the ones I purchased in the past. Also, I noticed they upset my stomach if taken an empty stomach. I usually take them after breakfast but I was rushed 2 mornings in a row and had a horrible upset stomach all day and into the night both times. I now take them after a good breakfast and don't have as much upset stomach.

Seems to be working just fine.
Both my primary care physician and my cardiologist recommended I take a B-complex supplement. This one has C and Zinc, as well. Been taking this brand for years. Seems to be helping, according to all my various tests. Not having any problems with it.
