Not happy
This was a refurbished phone, according to the box that it came in. My SIM card would not fit. And it cost me to send it back, as well as a 20% restocking charge. This has not happened to me before with Amazon.

Durable and easy to use.
Fyi, I have a "smart" phone with all the whistles and bells. But my Duro is my one handed, easy to answer, stick in any pocket, good in any situation phone. It also takes a beating and is much easier to use.

Husband Loves the flip and its not a smart phone. He loves the simplistic in the phone.

returned as broken
I had this type of phone for years until my cat broke it. I then ordered a new one. The one they sent did not work it would not charge. I do not think it was new but refurbished.

Easy to use for my father and works great.
My 86 year old father can see the screen and buttons. It’s easy for him to use. Plus it works great.
