Poorly made, misleading info.
A couple of things led to us returning this item. First is that the chrome bezel is 'crimped' onto the plastic base this sits on the surface of the counter. You can see the crimp marks along the outside edge so it looks like tiny dimples that reflect in the light, and for something as high profile as this that sits out in the open along side the faucet, it is an eyesore. Second, is that although it is made of stainless steel, it actually looks like chrome because it is buffed to a mirror-like finish. They should really state that it has a chrome finish. I never got to finish the installation because we couldn't get passed the aesthetics, so I can't comment on the performance of the unit.

are all very nice and work well
Little bit of bubbling around the button bottom. This is not truly steel, it is plastic with a "stainless steel" plastic coating to make it appear this way, also it does not come with a set of mount screws. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars, convenience of getting screws to mount it and the button is a little sub-par. The air feature, plug, wiring, etc. are all very nice and work well. It is a heavy gauge wire for the plug in to the wall.
