I only need a keyboard and a mouse for my MacBook. Even though this product could be used either Win or Os (I'll probably never going to use for Win), I bought it anyway, for it comes with a keyboard and a mouse as a set. The initial shipment I received had some kind of issue with my MacBook. First, the adaptor could not be inserted all the way. Once the batteries were in, the keyboard kept flashing on Win. It did not matter how I pressed the Os key, the green light always lit for Win only. That's when I contacted the seller. The seller offered me either to refund or to replace. I chose the later. The seller promised that it would be shipped right away. Yes, the replacement came without any delay. I really appreciate the seller's keeping his promise. After I received the replacement, I could insert the adaptor all the way into MacBook. Everything works fine then. I guess that the the adaptor was probably the cause for not connecting keyboard or mouse in the first place for the defective one. However, everything works, and this product is great, coming with a protective film on the keyboard. I heard that a lot of people eat and drink right in front of their laptops, so coffee/drink and food got onto the keyboard. This protective film is really a plus to have

The USB was missing and there is no option of RETURN!!!

I have been using this set for a few months now and it is perfect. The keys aren't loud enough to annoy my coworkers but still give a subtle tap that I love. The keyboard is holding strong on battery power but the mouse I have had to change the batteries once, i wish these were rechargeable. I was worried about the white and how dirty it would get but it still looks great and wipes off well. The set is lightweight and hooks up well to my desktop and took no time to set up and connect. The connection is so good there isnt a noticeable lag at all to the keyboard. The mouse sometimes struggles going between my two screens. II work at a computer 50 hours a week and this set has exceeded my expectations!

I have now had this keyboard for 6 months and 4 days. The single AAA battery has lasted until today. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I am pleased. I use it for work, so it is on and active M-F for about 8 hours every day. I do turn it off when I leave for the day. I'm not sure if that makes much of a difference in battery life. When the battery is low, the keyboard becomes less reliable and will sometimes type double letters or no letters at all. In other words, it seems to run slower on a low battery (especially if you type fast). I think that is to be expected and will not take off stars for that. I love the sound this makes when I type. I love the colors. I love the silicone cover so I don't have to worry about spills or crumbs or other particles clogging up the keys. I love not having the extra cord to my computer. That's a lot of love My only regret is not purchasing it sooner.

Purchased in October, useless in March. Really frustrated that the workday came to a screeching halt when my keyboard and mouse stopped working because the dongle wasn’t recognized by the mouse less than 6 months after purchase. I routinely take the dongle out as I switch between my mobile and home set ups, but this was my home set up and doesn’t get transported. The fit was fine. Initial connectivity was always a pain in the butt, but worked fine after I was connected.
