Avoid seller, cheap product, no warranty
Push to talk button started malfunctioning and product failed less than 30 days of use. The button feels cheap and have to push numerous times resulting in inconsistent voice output when speaking. The plastic housing feels cheap and can easily crack. There is no click feel when pushing the button when talking into the radio. When speaking into the radio, your mouth has to be touching the radio to be able to hear your voice through speaker. I reached out to the seller VirVentures and no warranty was offered for my product failing and malfunctioning. I attempted to resolve wi the company with no feedback or solution. Will avoid seller and not purchase products from or sold by VirVentures. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the headache with this company when your product fails and misleading info thinking there will be warranty for their product.

Cheap, but very dependable.
Little bit cheap feeling, but works every time. The button to key the mic is probably the janky-est part. The other end is snug, and the coil stays neat.

Perfect lo fi mic
Used to record backup vocals. Has a real rough sound. Hitting the button before singing adds something to the mix.

Great for simulating megaphones/CBs/mobile radios.
If you want a quick and easy way to get the sound of the above without having to mess with effect plugins/EQs/distortion chains for a live recorded voice this is perfect. Especially for a live situation since people might notice that you’re using the correct looking mic.

Effective but meh
It worked but your mouth has to be touching the plastic. No problem just didn’t meet my expectations

Not reliable
I bought this to use for a restaurant to page customers in their courtyard. It lasted less than 3 months. It also produces a low level hum any time the switch was in the off position. The generic karaoke mic from Walmart lasted longer.
