Will not tighten unless you drill out the hole for the head of allen bolt. The bolt head will bind instead of seating in the hole.

Previous reviewer is right on. Set screw will not clamp pivot point tightly enough to remain in position. You must take a hacksaw and cut a slot about 1/2" long down the slot on the bar - then the bar will flex enough for set screw to tighten it up. Hacksaw cut is not too unsightly when mounted. But it does look good otherwise.
