Very simple useful tool required for the new age managers

The book is in the form of conversation and gives good insights on leadership. However it would be great to have the name and a ditto instead of writing thousand times, "said/asked the one minute manager and said/asked Dan. Collection of these statements may make upto 15pages of the book. It also disturbs the flow. Otherwise a good read.
