This was a good buy. Perfect compact sink. I purchased a cheap cabinet for under 25 bucks from amazon to go above it and it complimented it nicely. The sink isn't very deep so keep in mind that water will splash everywhere if the pressure is too high. This sink is more for aesthetics than functionality. However it does look great and is easy to assemble. You need to have some clear sealant and hand to mount it to the wall. Also be prepared to cut a hole in the bottom to accommodate plumbing that sits below the sink. The storage beneath it, isn't much but is sufficient for my needs. Go for it. It's cheap, easy to assemble and looks great once mounted.

For the price, this is better than my expectations. The cabinet has a slow close on it, so no way it slams shut. The finish is a gloss on the cabinet, so it will be easy to clean. I did purchase a separate faucet even though it came with one. Rather have good quality Moen that will last. Shipping took about 3 weeks which was fine, allowed me time to complete bathroom makeover. We did purchase a few extra plumbing parts that would work for us- not sure if you will need to. We also purchased wingnuts to anchor the cabinet in instead of the anchor bolts provided. I have a young child and didn’t want to worry if she leaned or pulled on the cabinet. If I didn’t have a child, the anchor bolts that came with it would be fine for adults IMO. There is no overflow hole in the sink so be mindful of that. Great sink and happy with my purchase! For the quality and price, I’m very happy! Makes such a difference in a small bathroom. The cabinet space isn’t huge with the plumbing in the way, but holds at least 3 rolls of toilet paper and some smaller items. I would definitely purchase again!

This sink is absolutely perfect for a small half bath. Easy to assemble with a screw driver and a drill to attach it to the wall. I didn't use the pipes that come with it because they kept leaking, when I put back the PVC originally in it and it worked great. But the water lines are great. The pop top drain is cool too. Quick reminder, make sure you slowly raise the water pressure after it's installed. I had my on full and the water flew out the other side of the sink, but if a mess... but I'm redoing the whole bathroom.

To be honest, I was a little miffed about no instructions being included - going online to find them was not easy. But after the long day of figuring out, my friend came home and was thrilled to see it installed. Gets compliments from all who see it. And WOW! does it open up a small bath! Stylish and sturdy. *I also recommend sitting it on top of something to raise it to desired height before attaching to wall, as hooking it up to drain etc is a little tight. When hooked up then you can get that snug fit to wall that is desired. **I bought a large rectangular tile to hang behind to make for a larger backslash area, complimented sink very well. ***very good faucet that works well, just have to get used to not turning on water full force, smile.

We added a new operatory to our dental practice. We were working with a good sized room but since we wanted the plumbing lined up with the operatory next to the new one - to avoid alot of major re-piping - we had to put the sink right in the entry way. So to avoid patients and staff from bumping into it, we looked for a very compact sink with a vanity. This fits perfectly. It has room underneath in case the dentist's chair or assistant 's chair rolls near it. Great clearance! As soon as the doctor comes in the room, they can step right up to the sink and wash because the faucet is facing the entrance to the room. I like how you can have the faucet facing either direction and because it's not directly in the middle of the basin, it leaves plenty of space. At first we had a silver, metal industrial sink. No vanity because at first we thought we can free up some space w/o one -it just connected to the pipes and jutted from the wall (think science lab in school type of sink.) We left it up to the contractor to get the sink w/o seeing it first. It was installed and everything but looked absolutely unsightly! Didn't fit the room at all. So I searched Google and decided on this one. It came with everything! Most sinks don't come with the faucet but this did! And the faucet is high enough from the basin to be adequate. Sure the basin is small so water will splash from time to time but that's to be expected. Whenever I remodel a half bath/powder room at home I know this will be my top choice. (I especially like the gray color) Fits great and looks great in a tight space! And even in a regular sized space it just looks cool and modern.

This thing is amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect at first. I thought it was going to be cheap and flimsy. Surprisingly, it's really solid and the paint enamel that they used is really strong and durable and cleans up really easy. And the plumbing that comes with it is really nice and solid since it's metal instead of plastic p-trap I highly recommend getting this. It's really nice and solid and it looks really nice on my wall

We ended up removing the vanity in our 2021 Zinger camper to try to give more leg room when on the toilet (lol but seriously, space was VERY limited 🥴😬). We bought this and were a little hesitant, but it really works well for the job and for the price! I ended up spray painting the faucet and drain plug matte black since the chrome was a bit too shiny for my liking. It’s holding up well so far! Vanity came quicker than expected, and was easy to put together. Only complaint is that you can see our water lines underneath, but it doesn’t bother us, so not a huge deal! Overall great value for the price, and much easier than building my own custom vanity for this awkward camper bathroom space.
