2nd to go wrong after 2 months use - It is not rain nor sweat proof
2nd one of these i have had and the 2nd to go wrong, this time it went wrong after only two months of running one 10k run a week from mid December to early Feb. Moisture is getting in and condensing on the electronic components shorting out the on / off switch. I informed SILVA of this and they just sent me a description of the standard IP rating and stated that it complies. For sixty odd quid it aint' worth the hassle - do not buy this torch unless you don't sweat much and don't intend on running in light rain / cold conditions.

Great product, cannot fault it.
Excellent product, provides the exact forward and wide beam lighting you need to run at night on roads, country lanes and off road. Product quality always excellent with Silva. Seller very good also.

Poor quality charging socket broke after 6 months
Disappointed as the slot for usb charger broke after 6 months! Brilliant light and light weight. Such a shame about the poor quality of the charging socket 😢
