Review weight suggestions based on body size before you buy
I bought a weight that was too heavy for my size. I thought it wouldn't matter because more weight = more comfort. I was wrong. I needed the next weight down. If if get too much weight you will start to feel crushed instead of comforted. Overall this blanket is very comfortable with the right weight. I bought a duvet for it so that I could keep it clean and launder the duvet as necessary. After about 2 days I noticed small white beads falling out of the duvet. I assume these are the beads used for the weights. (See picture) The blanket sprung a small leak! There weren't very many and I have not been able to locate the source of the problem. I did not report it to the seller. I assume that this might happen with the higher weighted blankets, but maybe not with the lower ones. So I only deducted one star. Overall a very comfortable product that is very welcomed at the end of a long stressful day!

Warm and calming....like a hug
I have had anxiety and insomnia for years due to PTSD and this is the one thing that has calmed me enough to fall asleep. It truly does feel like a warm hug and the material is unbelievably soft. I am a person that does not really like being touched by other people so this has been amazing in that I can get the same feeling without that.The package was delayed in getting to me and the quality of the blanket was overall good. There were a lot of stitching issues where it didn’t seem like it was hemmed well and parts of the hem were undone and the beads had come out.Overall this blanket has been awesome with helping to calm me when I need it most. In fact my husband is planning on getting himself one because he keeps stealing this. I would recommend this highly for someone else like me.

Impressed, obsessed, and not stressed
Can you make this in a snuggie so I can wear it everywhere lol? All jokes aside, I'm thoroughly impressed and pleased with this blanket. It seems to really reduce anxiety - I especially noticed it when watching horror films while wrapped up the blanket. I find myself looking forward to the end of the day when I can unwind with my blanket. I used to have trouble falling (and staying) asleep at night, but now I find myself falling asleep TOO soon. I'm going to be purchasing the duvet cover because it is a little tedious hand wash. I'm in love, I'm attached, and I might as well get married to my blanket at this point. (And yes my husband is a little jealous.)

Improves quality and quantity of sleep
This blanket has improved my quality and quantity of sleep. I often wake up at 3 am and have trouble getting back to sleep. This blanket seems to help me sleep through the night and avoid mid night wake ups. I also awake feeling more refreshed and get to sleep a bit quicker each night. I also like that the weight is very heavy and the texture is quite soft. My kids fight over who gets to snuggle up with it while watching TV.

Soft and perfectly sized!
This blanket is great for helping me fall asleep faster at night or take a short nap im the afternoon. It calms my body from restlessly moving. It also helps keep my husband from stealing the covers. This size blanket is roughly the size of a twin bed, so it works well for me to share a queen bed with my husband. No part of the blanket is in his side. It’s also very soft and comforting to the touch.

So comfy and calming!
I was soooo excited to buy this blanket! I have been wanting to get one. I work at a high school and I work closely with many students who struggle with anxiety on a daily basis. This blanket has already come in handy a few times for students who are struggling to get through their school day. It’s very soft and seems to be extremely durable. I love how it’s sewn to fragment the weights evenly across the blanket. I’m thinking of buying a second one to keep at home for me, but I’m sure my kids will want to use it too! Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with anxiety.

Quality lacking
The fabric of this blanket is very soft and comfy and the weight does get me in a relaxed state faster than before but the quality is definitely lacking. I bought the 25 lb blanket and in less than a week some of the stitching is coming apart . There are beads from one square spilling into another. You would think for the weight and cost it , they would have at least used heavier thread or double stitched it but they didn’t and that is shame.

Only duvet cover for this weighted blanket
It works, it is soft, I just wish there were more options of styles and it didn't cost $40! Seriously, I could probably make a duvet cover for this pretty easily (just too lazy). This seems to be the only duvet cover to fit this brand of weighted blanket. It is soft, and it does seem to be good quality, so I do recommend it. I just would really have liked to have a variety of fabrics and colors to choose from.
