Laila Golden Sella Basmati Rice Long Grain 5kg

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have tried different brands of Golden Sella, Laila is one of the good ones and hence my go to.

Arrived as stated, good quality rice, been using it for years, didn’t realise I could order it from Amazon, come straight to my door, save me from carrying it from the shops. Will definitely be ordering from Amazon from now on. Thx 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Lovely , great case and doesn't not stick. -1☆ only cause its not that long grain as advertised.

Smelly when cooked and rice has lots of black ends. The rice still had another year remaining before expiry.

If you're unfamiliar with Basmati Sella Rice (like I was), please note: these are very thick, long-grain rice that don't have the typical basmati aroma. They also don’t cook the same way — even after 3 whistles in a pressure cooker, the grains don't fully soften unless you soak them beforehand. Just something to be aware of before buying.

It has a lovely fragrance and taste. We definitely have been buying more , al in the family loves it.Good value for money and high taste quality. Easy to cook and prepare.
