I bought these to try the range. Grenade bars are very yummy, good calories and high in protein. The taste is just like eating something naughty, they are filling, convenient and much healthier then other bars on the market. Good quality, not dry, easy to eat and I definitely think this pack is value for money.

Very tasty and almost 0g sugar. It killed my cravings for sweets (I became leaner too) and boosted my protein intake. However, I ate one a day for like 9 days and always after full meals, and maybe after day 3-4 I started having stomach cramps which I didn’t know was because of these protein bars. After day 8 it got so bad I would constantly have cramps, feeling of trapped gas and constantly farting like an absolute sicko! I’m sure I may even had broke a world record for the longest fart if I had recorded it as proof! It took me at least 3-4 days after I stopped eating it to feel normal again on my stomach. I didn’t even finish the package and I’m not sure I’ll touch them again. I’m back to real Whey Protein Isolate with lactose free milk. TL;DR : have consistent breaks from these bars and don’t eat one a day or else you may have stomach issues.

I ordered a multi pack so I could try the different flavours to see which was my favourite. It does say varieties may vary and I got 2 x salted caramel, 2 x oreo, 2 x cookie dough and 1 each of white choc cookie, jaffa quake, birthday cake, caramel chaos, fudged up and lemon cheesecake. Bit disappointed there wasn't mint or raspberry choc as I wanted to try these, but it's a good value variety box. I have one of these, sometimes half if I'm feeling like I need something sweet. Helps keep up my protein and they are low sugar, much lower than having normal chocolate. Texture is good and they taste nice, making you feel full for a while. Great if you need something on the go. Box was intact and all bars with adequate dates on. Good buy.

J’ai déjà testé pas mal de barres de ce type, mais cette marque sort clairement du lot ! Très bon rapport qualité prix, le goût est la, les textures différentes apportent un plaisir en bouche et l’apport énergétique est très bien :) Parfait pour le pré workout ou simplement en en cas 👌🏻

La caja perfecta para ir probando los sabores que más te gustan. Son todos buenos, en general, pero siempre habra alguno que te huste menos o nada. Pero por lo general, buen sabor, buenas opciones e ideales para darle una extra de proteina al cuerpo si no tienes tiempo o ganas de cocinar.

Tra le migliori barrette proteiche provate, in particolare come sapore. Sembra di mangiare una "vera" barretta di cioccolato classica, con in più il valore aggiunto del basso contenuto di zucchero e l'alta percentuale di proteine. Ampia disponibilità di gusti per non stancarsi. Le assumo post-allenamento per aiutare il recupero muscolare ma ottime anche come spuntino di metà mattina o pomeriggio, a patto comunque di fare attività fisica regolare. Consigliate vivamente se stai cercando delle barrette proteiche di qualità.

Ich kannte die Marke bisher nicht, hab die Riegel durch Zufall beim Prime Day entdeckt und gleich bestellt zum Probierpreis (damals €17 pro Packung). Es ist eine gute Auswahl verschiedenster Geschmacksrichtung und mir hat wirklich fast jeder Riegel geschmeckt! Einzig und allein der Fudge Brownie war nicht so meins, aber die restlichen waren dafür alle mega lecker! 👌🏻 Nicht zu süß und schmecken auch nicht typisch nach Eiweißpulver! Die Verpackung der einzelnen Riegel finde ich auch sehr ansprechend! Werde mir definitiv wieder eine Packung bestellen!

Le Grenade Carb Killa Barretta proteiche sono davvero molto buone. Hanno un sapore molto comune rispetto ad altre berrette non proteiche. Inoltre, hanno un numero di proteine per barretta molto elevato e sono per questo, secondo me, fra le migliori. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.
