I have taken methylfolate for over 2 years now and has been doing wonders for me. My nutritionist recommended it for me to help with my sleep in to help get me the nutrients that I need for my body to be more functional.

I know that Biotics Research supplements are of high quality. However, there are several things about this particular supplement that I am not pleased with. The serving size is 1/2 tablet, which means they must be split. They are scored and do cut cleanly, but it is an inconvenience to either have to split the whole bottle of tablets, or split a few and then fish around for those. This product contains folate and B-12, but no B6. Perhaps I am wrong, or perhaps there are good reasons why, but there is no B6 in the proper form included. I bought this because my genetic testing show a problem with methylation, so I would think the B6 would be important also for anyone with methylation difficulties
