No after sale assistance
I'm very disappointed after taking my byjus package. My son is not taking any interest in his studies through byjus. He keeps playing in tab and no one from byjus is here to guide. Looks like byjus is just wastage of money and time. Your representatives while product sale gave a lot of assurance but no after sale service and assistance. Hopeless product. No results practically. I won't advise anyone to go for this product.
