Non alcoholic yummy drink
Delicious addition to soda water that’s a great substitute for wine

Literally, Awesomesauce
It jazzes up your cooking really well and since the recipe is just under 400 years old I'm sure it's not yet ready for primetime but I use it in everything.

Love this stuff but a bit expensive
I didn't drink alcohol and I am allergic to the additives in many non-alcoholic wines. I mix this with a table spoon or two of high end balsamic and it's quite delicious and hopefully has some health benefits. I buy a few bottles a month. It's a but expensive but worth trying.

Doesn’t taste like a verjuice
It tastes like grape juice. But sour and sweet. And I am disappointed that I can’t return it. Expensive

Good price, but sweeter than I expected.
It would be good to know the variety of grapes used for this Verjus, it was sweeter than I expected.

It was not squeezed from unripe grapes nor was it unsweetened.
Taste: 1/5 contaminated syrup taste.Freshness: 1/5 definitely not fresh even sugar syrup water with food coloring shouldn't taste like this. Fresh verjus is crisp tart tangy and tastes like grapes, absolutely nothing like this.Observation 1. ,,This item is perishable and must be shipped chilled.Observation 2. Sat in delivery Amazon truck under the sun for 12 hrs.Observation 3. Packaging from producer to seller is unknown. Conclusion: Cutting corners results poor quality product.REQUEST: please find out the broken link in your supplier chain if you want to get better at your job.Lookup KAIZEN it's cheaper than you think. Why review so late? I was so turned off that didn't try any until recently during a trip. Thanks

Great, what you'd expect
Considering it's unripened grape juice, it's exactly what you'd expect. It has an initial taste of grape juice, but with a mildly sour / vinegary after taste. Excited to use this in mocktails!
