Loved this mold. I read a lot of the reviews and bought it bc of the rating. It did not come with instructions so I went on YouTube and watched a bunch of tutorials. My shoe came out perfect the first time. I didn’t have to refrigerate it long before the chocolate was set. I made the shoe a week in advance just in case I messed up. I wrapped the shoe in plastic wrap and stored in a ziplock bag. Was still perfect when I took it out to add the final decorations. It came with 4 clips and that was the perfect amount. I highly recommend this mold. The only thing for me is that it did not hold as many strawberries as I’ve seen in pictures. But perhaps I could have shaved down the sides to make the opening bigger and that would have helped. Cake still turned out gorgeous.

I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time doing a shoe. This mold is wonderful! Unlike others it is made of a hard plastic. They do give you three clips, I think. I read other reviews where they stated they added more clips and used around five. I used the same style clips but the medium ones and clipped every spot I could. The less the chocolate goes into the joining crack the less you will have to shave off and work with. It worked! I did not have to fix any joining edges. I did not try to smooth out any either because if you try to do so then the chocolate will show "smudges". I also used non latex, non powdered gloves to remove the shoe from the mold to prevent finger printing. We experimented with using Hershey's Gold chocolate on the berries since both the shoe and that particular chocolate was a first. They loved it!

This mold was for a special lunch for dessert. I thought it would be a piece of cake since I do arts and crafts and make jewelry. I watched the videos but when it came to actually doing it, it came out grainy and not easy to extract. But the mold was nice. The clamps to hold them were cheap and broke easily. But the thought was solid thank you I loved trying it but just a disappointed at the clamps.

It's easy to use. I made an amateur mistake by trying to take the chocolate out of mold too soon. Let the chocolate cool for about an hour an half. I will use this mold again for Valentines, birthday gifts, and Mother's Day. The shoe looks really nice. Good quality! Fast shipping! Give it a try!!

This is a very nice mold. It is almost as big as an 8 inch cake. I used it to mold fondant for a cake. It worked great but I did have to put a support under the heal because fondant is not as sturdy as chocolate or candy. lIt was beautiful.

I truly was excited to get the mold and when I used it, I was impressed. I added the pearls and wine for display and to sell. I have been very excited to use this mold and will be buying another one to make it easy to make two shoes.

The Mold works amazing but it was a little hard to pull the shoe out the mold but a little water run over helps it out just fine. I really enjoyed using this mold and I do advise u to wash it first before use because it came in a little dusty and dirty.

OK, to begin, we have other shoe molds and they can be tricky to say the least. I tried this one and one of my employees tried this one and neither of us can get the shoe out without breaking it. The mold is sturdy and cleans easily, the medium size and the small both are OK. I also have a different maker's platform shoe mold and we get those out OK. But this one? We have yet to make one that we can use. Is there some secret that we aren't "hip" to?

Product came on time. Was easy to use, was very easy to take the chocolate out of the mold as well. I would definitely recommend getting this one if making chocolate shoes
