Great storyline and plot. The entire series had me on the edge of my seat. Mark Crilley is one of my favorite authors/artists.

I couldn’t ask for a better virtual mentor on storytelling... the stories are imaginative, unique and well thought out. I can’t wait for the next series.A sequel to Brody would be nice :-)

Mark Crilley is one of my favorite artists. The art is beautiful, and the story is great. Super quick read since it's a graphic novel.

Found this book in the library - a sweet story.

It's amazing to think this was all done by just one guy: story, art, pannels and such. Miki Falls has an interesting and original plot, but it's strictly romantic, or shōjo if you will. So if you don't like this genre, you should avoid it; if not, go for it.

Mark Crilley's conclusion to his Miki Falls series will have you hanging off every word just as much as you had been during the last three books. The artwork is unique and the dialogue well placed and amusing.

I only meant to read a couple of pages and I finished it in one evening! Totally gripping as Hiro and Mikki's fight to be together takes the darkest and most drastic final steps. Mark conveys EVERYTHING so well. The emotion in the drawings and the dialogue almost made me cry at one point, (no easy task) and I could not WAIT to turn every page! A massive twist halfway through kept me hooked until the end which, again, took an unexpected twist.A fast paced, tense and emotional conclusion. I will say nothing more than I closed the book with a smile on my face!Simply brilliant!

Mark Crilley has got talent. While not quite as good as his Brody's Ghost series, it has a different focus and style, and more depth in the exploration of relationships. Miki is engaging with her courage and inquisitiveness, and her refusal to give in to outside pressures and forces. All in the name of love: who could ask for more?

Really like this series. They are very addictive books! The illustrations are gorgeous and the plot kept me interested throughout.
