Misfit Wearables Misfit Phase Hybrid Wearables Smartwatch - Black

This is my third Misfit product (after the Shine and Shine 2) and I'll quickly hit the highlights below.The Good:-Looks classy. I'm constantly getting compliments about how great my watch looks-Water resistant-Long battery life (~6 months). No charging required-Sleep and activity tracking that I've grown accustom to with Misfit-I like the notifications features. They really allow you to customize it so you know who is calling, texting, emailing, whatevering you. This is kind of impressive of a watch with no lights-The bottom button allows for more control of my phone than the Shine 2. I can play/pause music, change the song, adjust volume, take a selfie, etc. with this highly customizable button-The alarm seems to work better on this than on the Shine 2 (most likely due to the fact that the Phase is bigger). More reliable waking up is always a good thing-CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guys, I can't stress this enough, this company is the best. I've had several interactions with them over the years about various products, most recently about my Phase, and they have always responded quickly and been helpful. They even used to send me a replacement watch battery every 6 months when mine died (not sure if they still do but that was a nice touch). Having a company that cares about the products and the customers is a game changer.The Not So Goods:-The watch is slightly thicker on my wrist than I would like. Not a huge watch but it has a higher profile than expected-No lights on the screen at all mean telling time when it's dark is very difficult-For some reason the activity tracker doesn't let you know when you've gone over 100%-The price is slightly high (Misfit is good about deals though, Amazon too)Overall a great hybrid smartwatch fitness tracker, both myself and my wife love them.

Elegant and simplistic style. It works as expected. Some issue with Bluetooth sync sometimes but resolved by taking out and inserting the battery again.-----After 7 months of usage, the screen broken without incident. Frustrated with the quality of the glass for such high-end watch.

This watch does not record activities correctly. When I go to the gym, the miles accumulated on the watch, do not coincide with the gym's cardio walking, and step machines. The watch records less activity.

Watch has a clean design face. I got some compliments. Can be a tad difficult to read in the dark, and also it seemed to undercount the steps (as compared to my iphone in my pocket) by quite a fair bit. Strap is soft and comfortable, but I dont like the metal loops. (prefer them to be rubber just like the strap). Watch is about 38- 40 mm in size, so it is not big, compared to recent andriod watches like those from Montblanc and Tag Heur. It can look great on relatively skinny hands too. However, due to the design of the lugs, the watch does appear to be thicker than it was.Overall, a nice watch with some tracking, and you can wear it swimming, and also there's no need to charge this every other day.I have no issues with cracking glass.

Great smart watch. If you have another Misfit product, set-up is mostly intuitive. However, the insert showing how to set time isn't intuitive. The method to set the hands is a bit frustrating to get the hands set exactly on the correct hour and minute (I wish the app simply allowed you to type in the correct time and the hands would then automatically set), and for the AM/PM to register correctly if you plan on using the alarm feature, you need to make sure the Misfit symbol shows up in that tiny window when setting the time...and this is difficult as the symbol is hard to see in that small window.However, once set up and going...wonderful looking watch, great functionality. It's really quite elegant.
