What are the dimensions

An 18" cut will be 18" long and 30" wide. If you select "sold by the yard" and enter 1, the dimensions will be 36" long by 30" wide.

Does anyone use this for adult diaper/underwater? I make my own panties and as I get older, I need some help. ;-)

I use this to make mama cloth, reusable maxi pads. It helps up the amount it holds compared to just using flannel in my mama cloth.

Is the shipping per piece of fabric or by the order?

will this product dry naturally in open air?

I would say yes to drying outdoors. However they more than likely will not hold up to laundering to clean out the urine. They are designed for one time use only
