Satisfying
I always wanted to buy a thesaurus but this book seems to be a combination of Dictionary and Thesaurus. After seeing the reviews of this product, i made a decision to purchase it because it would give me the features of both dictionary and thesaurus. It was delivered today, and I am satisfied with this as it gave both the features with many more additional features of British and American words, mispelled words,etc. But, being a feature of Thesaurus, it lacks to give more words. I mean, it hardly gave 2-3 other words of a particular word. I was expecting about more than 10 synsof a word. No prob, i am satisfied with this Mini Dictionary and Thesaurus.It can increase my Vocabulary.

Actually mini and fits in the small bags. Has all the basic words you need to learn. Came in good packing and is affordable. Would recommended for middle and high schoolers' daily use. And to carry around while studying or reading books other than academic.

Product virsus Need
Amazon service is good but as for the product, the product is not satisfying the needs of scholars . Not classified into transitive and intransitive ones and the definitions are not well clarifying Oxford has abated the standard of English dictionaries. It looks like transitivity of verbs will loss there existence in the future. It's drastic and degrading the language.

Für etwas mehr als 6 € ein wirklich gutes Dictionary & Thesaurus. Ich arbeite mit dieser Version bzw. mit der Vorgängerversion von 1995 - und von 100 Worten, die ich nachschlagen möchte sind stets >90 vorhanden. Praktischer Softeinband, zwar nicht mehr so haltbar wie in der 1995er Version (da wirklich noch aus Weichkunststoff, heute aus umsäumtem Karton) aber trotzdem alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und handlich, gerade wenn man ein englisches Buch liest und öfter mal eine Bedeutung oder ein Synonym nachschlagen möchte, ohne gleich einen "Wälzer" mit sich herumzuschleppen...
