Such an amazing product

One star is deducted because the packaging was damaged and the light indicator doesnt work... but rest of the equipment work wonderful... back in 2012 i damaged my hair from daily heat application, so i was first reluctant to make this purchase. But as i tried it now, i am speechless... in juss one stroke ur hair gets silky straight ( at the optimum temp) and curler works miraculously smooth... just one curl and you are done. I loved this product.❤

So here I would like to review after using it, that except straightener rest tools are good curl and crimping but not straightner..Easy to use, durability is okay okay.It doesn't have autocut switch, so you have to turn it off manually.I feel price value is still higher than expectations.. overall is good..

product was defective. Company agreed to replace the item. The new package sent was open, packet was old and torn. The deliver person rudely behaved and asked for satisfactory delivery code, as we refused to share the code as we wanted to a sealed and new pack. He refused to deliver the product, even his senior was very rude and told us that if we do not give code, he will take product back. As it has already taken 2 weeks since product needed replacement, we shared the code and accepted the torn package. Whole experience very shabby and sad and not accepted from a company like Havell.

The media could not be loaded. Such a great product which I was looking from long time. Must buy product. Overall quality and the styling of hair is good.
