Starchy Starch
What can I say ... it's tapioca starch. It behaves like tapioca, the product is clean and without moths, and ... well, it is tapioca starch. It is the same starch that can be had for 69 cents at an asian store, but there are times when it is worth the extra $6 for convenience of home delivery over a 40-mile one way trip.

I received the product on time but Tapioca starch is over priced.The Tapioca starch met my expectation.Will not buy again due to been over priced

A blessing for gluten free cooking
I use this all the time, it's great to make non wheat bread flours lighter and more moist, as well as a great thickener for soups and stews in place of wheat flour. Just make sure you mix it in the soup fast so you don't get weird globs.

Did not receive tapioca starch
I received sweet potato starch instead. I guess I'll just use this for something else I guess. It's to inexpensive to return and not worth the trouble either. I don't know if this was a honest mistake or I was just sent this sweet potato starch because the tapioca starch was out of stock. Regardless, the item was delivered on time and in good condition. It just sucks that I didn't receive what I ordered.

More healthy than cornstarch or white flour to thicken gravies and such - leaves sauces and gravies clear, not cloudy or tasting floury.
