making customer fool for visit charge and charging fee
Amazon is telling 10 years warranty and when enquired with company then only 2 years warranty for this. Only 10 years for external body only. Even everyone know that only internal spare parts will be get issues like leakage. After 2 years purchase, you need to pay 350 rs + cost of spare parts. Even KOhler customer care executive will tell you that THERE IS NO VISIT CHARGE BUT WHEN KOHLER PERSON WILL DO ANY KIND OF ACTIVITY EVEN CLEANING OF PARTS WITHOUT ANY PARTS CHANGE then THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE AS a SERVICE CHARGE 350. Even during complain, they will mention that there are no visit charge. If Kohler is charging for simple cleaning 350 and claiming that there is no visit charge. Then WHAT KOHLER IS COVERING DURING VISIT CHARGE???? NOTHING... NOTHING... NOTHING.... Only Kohler is making customer fool. That's it. This all I am writing here after using this product and getting experience with Kohler, customer care and their technician visit. YOU MUST BE THINK BEFORE BUYING KOHLER PRODUCT. Don't go with only stylish look... please go with what services they are going to provide after purchase. Because every company offering the similar product. Better go with other company product who is providing best services after purchase.

Must buy for long term value
Fantastic product. Looks and design is amazing. Unlike other taps which throw water on one side of the sink, this one with a long neck throws water softly in the middle of the sink. The neck rotates smoothly. Using it for past few days, no complaints.
