Norpro 2-Piece Mini Spatula Set, Blue, 8" x 1.25" x 1.5"

Purchased these due to the great price and wanted a smaller spatula for easy cooking of sauces and such. So far, so good!! They are well made and wash well in the dishwasher. States it is heat resistant to 400 degrees and I think that is true, as it worked well in cooking gravy and another sauce.

Love these little spatulas, I have two sets. The edges are not thick so you are able to scrape up every last bit and their size makes them perfect for small jobs, jars, bottles, etc.

I have used these for years, after my husband found them and got them for me. My grandchildren love them because of their size, they fit small hands, and several have used them as teething rings. I bought these because my grandson managed to get the spoon shaped one off of the handle (he's a little engineer) and it was lost for a while. We have since found it. They hold up really well too. I love them for inside the mayo jar.

I've been using these little scrapers for years and love them. The "spoonula" style is my favorite of the two because it has razor-thin edges which enable you to scrape ALL of the food. I wish these were also available in a large size AND by themselves as I don't find the other one as useful due to its thickness. However, those thin edges are prone for tearing so they do need to be replaced periodically. I think they are generally overpriced but they are the ONLY super thin edged silicone scrapers I have found so I will keep buying them.

I bought this set to replace the mini spatula set I bought at Stonewall Kitchen (which didn't last but a couple years before the rubber started breaking off into my food!). Time will tell how long these last but as they are made of silicone, my guess is that they'll hold up quite nicely. I was disappointed in that the straight spatula is a LOT skinnier than my original. My other mini set has the same pairing but the straight one is as wide as the one that is slightly scooped. I do see in this photo that the straight one looks skinnier, but sometimes photos can be deceiving. I just wanted to point that out so no one else is disappointed.

I love this mini spatula set, especially the one with the curved surface. I use the curved surface one a lot to remove the last bit of food in the jar or container. When I use a measuring cup it helps get every drop of liquid out. I use it to empty the peanut butter jar, too. It's amazing how much more you can still get out when no other utensil will remove anymore of it. The only suggestion I have to make it better would be to make the handle something other than wood.

The color is pretty and the size is right for the task at hand, but the wood handles warped dramatically after only a few uses.

These mini spatulas are SO handy! Need to get that last bit of jam from the jar? Done! Need to get in the corners of a pan to spread batter? Done! Want to get that last tasty morsel of yogurt out of the cup? Done! These spatulas are SO wonderful to have!!! You won't regret this purchase. Ever!
