Expensive, but top quality, still an o-ring missing
The bottle trap is top notch. But, I am surprised to see that 1 rubber o-ring missing! Top brand, expensive premium product, yet accessory missing. The non Kohler rubber washer is protruding out through gap. The seal of packet was not broken, so cannot blame seller. I have marked a star less for this. Otherwise, everything is so good with this bottle trap. The pipes are made of brass with chrome plating. I have compared it with a local metal bottle trap, the differences in quality is huge. No matter, the price is premium (thrice the local product). But, why an o-ring missing, Kohler this is not expected and accepted.

Received another brand product in Kohler box
I selected the Cloudtail India seller which is an Amazon-affiliated company thinking that I will receive the original kohler product. But I guess something fishy is going on. The seal of the box was broken and instead white tapes were used. I received "Bath Fittings" brand product instead of kohler :(.Reordered from seller S.M. Enterprises and recieved the original Kohler product, changed rating to 5 stars

Average product with a brand name
Just an average quality product, with 0.75mm thick SS connector pipes. Length is too much and needs to be cut and filed for proper fitment.For the price, many options are available. Importantly the price keeps going up after every purchase.
