Excellent cocoa powder
This is the best dutch processed cocoa powder that you can get and the cakes and glazes do taste good. I have been looking for this product since I moved back to India. I am happy that I can get it via Amazon now.

Excellent cocoa powder
Excellent cocoa powder. Recently I used for making chocolate with this. Last year I had hot chocolate. Both have turned out great. Surely highly recommend this.

Shelf life
Check the shelf life Date of product 4th April 2024 Date of expiry 4th April 2026 Date of order 1st February 2026. 454 gms of Hintz coca to be consumed in 90 days. Not acceptable 😒

very good
Hintz cocoa powder is dutch processed (alkalized) to lower the acidity and to make it neutral. It is gluten free and this is the only cocoa powder that i can take. Normal cocoa powders like Hershey's causes acidity for me. I use this for baking chocolate fudge cake and the deep dark reddish brown color and the flavour you get from this cocoa powder is divine.

It makes awesome cup cake. I am on keto and so I use 1.5 teaspoon coconut flour , 1.5 teaspoon cocoa powder , 0.5 spoon baking powder , 3 spoon erythritol and few drops of stevia (or pinch of powder) mix them all well . Crush walnuts and almonds well and add to the mix . Put one large egg , 1 teaspoon butter , lastly add 4 tablespoon coconut oil to it, mix swiftly and cook for 2 minutes. It makes Awesome dark coco KETO brownie.
