Died just after 2 seasons of riding
I bought this battery as it seemed a good deal.After to my 2nd season of riding the battery now fails to hold a charge.I have had it on a battery tender during the off-season.I am inquiring with Yuasa about the date code, as it is supposed to be a 5 year battery. I hope they can provide some type of credit towards a replacement. I spent extra to buy this battery from a reputable manufacturer, so this is a real bummer.

Lasted less than one year
Granted I did not keep it on a trickle charger, but I don't do that for my 4 other bikes either. The battery will not hold a charge. I'm not buying any more YUSA batteries!

Good value product
$100 but for my '18 wr250r. Was charged out of box, fast delivery. Little pricey but what batteries aren't. I would buy again.

Positive terminal was crushed
Top quality battery, but it was damaged upon arrival. The box was in perfect shape, so it must have been put in the box with the damage already there. Maybe why the battery was so cheap. I was able to make it work with a little finagling of a screwdriver and a drillbit…. Battery works great on my CBR1000RR SP, But thought I would post a review as others have complained about this same issue.

Battery was showing 12.78 vdc out of the box. Also great customer service from Yuasa.
Based on some of the reviews, I was concerned about ordering this battery on Amazon. When I received the battery, the packaging was good, I tested the voltage (it read 12.78 vdc). I also wanted to know the manufactured date for the battery. I emailed Yuasa customer service with the codes stamped on the battery, not expecting to receive a reply for many days. A support specialist named Dawn replied within a few minutes with the mfg. date and some great advice on maintaining the battery. I was happy to find out that the battery was only a little over 3 months old. I'm pleased with my purchase.
