Have to return - too small. Go up one size.
The shoes are a hard plastic that don't look comfortable. I purchased them for my granddaughter for a costume that needed black flats. She normally wears a size 4. We returned them as the size 4 is too small - too short in length. I don't know if the hard plastic would be comfy or not because she wasn't able to wear them. The inside of the shoe has little "pokey" bumps, perhaps meant to massage the feet, but it didn't look comfortable. We will never know as we went with a different shoe that is made of leather.
