Was a little big, maybe coz I have a small head. The silica piping inside I’m guessing is meant to hold your hair in place but didn’t seem of any use to me.

However it is thin still the sweat absobption is max and better than other brands , also silicone strips dont let it slip .very nice product . must buy for tennis players and runners .
