Almost all the 2 quart enema bags in the market are actually hot-water bottle systems which have been 'converted' to enemas through the use of adapters. This poses 2 major problems: Leaky fittings & adapters - more the parts more the chances of leakage. More importantly, being 'inverted', the water presses down upon the fittings causing leakages and making things difficult in general Poor hygiene - With the small screwed on opening, you simply can't access the insides to clean properly after an enema session, something you would very much want especially when doing enemas with various kind of additives. This fountain bag style is what enema bags should be - Nice open top for filling & cleaning; No upside-down hanging; simply upright works best. No needless adapters and problem points.

Simple to use, value for money. Would help if a small write up on preparation of various liquid for detox is mentioned.

Ideal system
I haven't used another bag, so can't really compare.But I'm completely satisfied with this setup. It is safe, easy to clean and just the right dimensions for a personalkit for adults. I've been doing an enema once every week with some sea salt + 2 litres of water & the bag has no wear & tear signs on it.It has been more than a year since I've been using the bag and I've tried Coffee / Neem / Saline, all of them are easy to clean.If this bag breaks, I'll buy the same thing again.

I like the portability of the product. You can take the water bag any place you find comfortable and it's good to have this much capacity as well.

not worth rs.616/- may cut the rectum making an injury
i do not know- why this kit is rated so highly in amazon. i read books on naturopathy in 2006. i came to know about detoxification technique enema. around the sametime, there was an exhibition in palace grounds, bangalore. i visited that. there was a stall, who was selling enema kit. it was around rs.40/-. i bought it and took enema. it was a simple device with not much detachable items and no water was leaking. first time when i took that enema, i went to toilet immediately. it was extremely stinking. omg. i could not bear that smell. so much bad thing inside my stomach. again i took enema after 1 week, when i went to toilet, it was not that stinking. i dint do enema for some years. now in nov 2016, i remembered about enema. i bought an enema kit from local medical shop for around rs.170/-. i am not that happy as the water was leaking. i purchased this item, after reading the reviews. i do not understand why this item costs rs.616? there is no special in this item to cost that much. even the item of rs. 40 served the purpose good. i think if we visit any naturopathy camp or hospital, there we can get good enema kit. instead of buying this health and yoga enema kit, it is better to visit any naturopathy ashram to purchase. i am afraid that this health and yoga kit may cut my rectum.

Normally I don't review products but I feel many people should know about it.I came to know about from my doctor, and I was like really these type of things exists, without reading a single review I purchased, When I used for the first time, it was a miracle for me, I feel so relaxed and it boom my mental clarity too.Guys don't think just buy it.

Waste!!
When I opened up the enema bag and the first thing that I noticed was that it had an extremely toxic smell, like a strong perfume. I washed out the bag with soap and water and hang it outside for 24 hours and the smell was the same. Anyone who was chemical sensitivities and cannot handle high perfume should not get this bag, I was very disappointed.There is no “Free” silicon tube in the pack as promised in product description. Furthermore there is only one tube to push in your colon which can be used once. So if you want to buy spares then log into their US website to pay in US dollars with international shipping WTF!!!Since this is a non-returnable item, I just threw it away.I hope this will help you.

Great product!
I'm very glad I bought this product, as it has helped with a blockage I had in my colon, one that two Doctor visits and Laxido! couldn't shift. I honestly have given up on GP's, you'd think upon ascertaining that my colon was partially blocked he could have at least advised me to the idea of an Enema, nope, laxatives.Anyhow, I did a bit of searching, came across a few products, but this one stood out for me and I was not disappointed. Simple durable parts, that can be easily replaced by HealthAndYoga.I am fortunate enough to have access to a wet floor, a toilet that washes etc at my work, and work alone so it's a winner! It took me a couple of tries to get used to it and I still cannot hold alot of water for more then 2-3mins, not sure why? but I could actually feel the blockage on my left side was noticeably reduced. This was very good news for me as it has caused alot of discomfort over the months and to think it was this all along made me feel both happy and agitated; to think that this was not recommended to me.Anyhow, I will continue to use this product even more effectively than I have been doing, and hopefully I can get rid of the entire blockage.If your thinking of trying a visit to some fancy Colonic Irigation Clinic where you'll pay £60+ per session!, think again, I did...and buy this first!!

Good Quality Bag
The part that goes inside could do with being a little kinder to the butt, but other than that, the quality of both the bag and tubing is great. I purchased a similar one whilst in the US and was very disappointed. I purchased a kinder butt end from a company called Optimal Health in the US and it works well with this bag.
