Nasara Kinesiology Tape

Good water resistant - The tape was dry even after a shower Good adhesion - The glue was very good. I used it for elbow support and it stays without any peeling for 2 days. I removed it on the 2nd day and it didn't come off very easily. So just the kind of adhesion you expect from this tape. The backing paper was off good quality that protected the glue as well as tore properly during application. My experience using this brand of tape was many notches better compared to some other brand of tape I bought 3 years ago

Its a good product as compared to other costlier brands like Mueller, theraband K tape etc. Go for Nasara if you are looking a good product at reasonable price. Only thing company has to look for its adhesion property and little bit of elasticity in its K tape.

Iam a PT . I had tried many products . NASARA Kinesiology is Very good product. I am using this for around 3 years now. I recommend this to all. The glue quality is far better than any other tape in market . Price also is good and affordable to all. This tape is recommended by germen olympics . Its available in many color but i liked beige and blue . The product is good and provides relief from pain, I used the tape on the lower back and it did help. However, there are two issues, firstly, the tape isn't waterproof, so once it comes in contact with water while bathing or in case exercising the tape absorbs the sweat and requires to be changed, the second issue pertains to adhesive which gives way once the tape comes in contact with water or sweat. Overall, I'd recommend the product as it serves the purpose as desired.

Bought it from Galena International here on Amazon. The Packaging was very good. The product is brand new and genuine. Quality wise also the product is good. After running Airtel Delhi Half Marathon I was suffering from some pain in my muscles so I decided to purchase this. The pain has reduced a lot. How to apply: Make sure you fully stretch the tape in the middle while applying, but no stretch on either ends of the tape for about 1 inch. Or watch some you tube videos. Happy Training. I ordered this product after much research and paid 500+ Rupees. Absolutely disappointed as this Tape is practically useless as its adhesion doesn’t last even for a single session at the gym. Neither does it give the required support to the joint. P.S It was applied by my physio and even he said the quality is 3rd rate. Don’t waste your money !

Hi everyone,I have been a customer of Amazon for many years,and I would like to share this KT tape is one of the many best things,which I ever bought.This tape saved my life,recently I met with an accident in which my lower abdomen was hurt,but this tape came to my rescue,indeed my pain was subdued in some hours,yes ofcourze I had pain but not like before after this tape,it waterproof and lives upto it's Mark,one point though before applying this tape plz make sure to watch a few videos on applying and plz refer to the doctor and if anyone is prescribed with doctors medicine do take those medicines also.I did the same and within Two days I have already started to feel better already.Amazing and thank you Amazon for quick and for keeping such an beautiful product.Cheers :)
