Easy to fit and a noticeable difference
Decided to fit these after the tyre lost air on a tight turn pushing out the sealant and me on the deck at 20mph hopefully it won’t happen again.

Great idea, dreadful in practice.
Installation was a shocking, unable to achieve myself. Went to 3 bike shops, 1 gave up, 1 refused, 1 took three bike techs 2hrs to fit (an hour each wheel). Couldnt maintain pressure in rear wheel due to damaged rim tape and couldnt get the tyre back off to fix. Went back to bike shop and took 2 bike techs 90 mins to remove to avoid damage to wheels and tyres. Cant imagine being stuck in the Alps with puncture that require tyre removal, long walk back. My setup is PC Carbon rims with Schwalbe Supergravity Magic Mary & Hans Damf. Cushcore went straight in the bin and chalked it up to an expensive learning experience. Would expect a premium product at this price point to be simple and quick to use.

Das, was ich erwartet habe. Habe bei der Montage ja schon mehrmals Erfahrung sammeln dürfen. Für einen "Neueinsteiger" doch recht schwierig. Aber danach ist man mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Bei meinen Einsätzen ist schon ein krasser Unterschied aufgrund der mit weniger Druck befahrbaren Reifen zu spüren. Und die Unsicherheit eines Totalausfall ist nicht mehr da. Ist für mich den hohen Preis wert und für Extremfahrer sehr zu empfehlen.

Montaggio abbastanza laborioso, ma seguendo le istruzioni e lubrificando molto bene il cushcore si installa più facilmente. Invece è molto più difficile lo smontaggio se non si cambia il copertone di frequente. C'é di meglio e meno complicato da montare e smontare.
