My husband suffers from carpal tunnel and this little machine has been a great help for him. It is easy to slip in his jacket pocket and use relatively unnoticed when he has pain. I would buy this again as it is unique because he can exercise individual fingers. It seems well build and sturdy other than for one thing. My -1 star for 4/5 is because I think that the product could have a wider range of resistance.The product states that you can change the resistance but it is not very easy. I'm going to try to explain what I mean but I warn you that it is hard to understand unless you have the product in your hand - so it isn't great that you can easily turn the resistance too far. The product will "click" after only turning it a little (when trying to make the resistance lighter or stronger) to warn you that you've pushed it too far. Then it kind of just ... doesn't work really and you have to fool around with the resistance again to get it to reset. I am nervous that this option can break easily so I don't fool with it a lot. So, thankfully, the resistance is enough for my husband and because it has that unique feature to move the fingers individually, we don't mind. However, if you are not very injured and looking to build strength, I wouldn't recommend this because it isn't too strong.

Very useful device for exercising my fingers. I don't climb or play a wind instruments, I'm just getting older and want to make sure that my fingers stay strong.

Does what it says on the can. Helped strengthen as I hoped it would

Got this for my mum as she had bad arthritis. She uses it every day and is very pleased with it
