No, their bars are amazing. I live a "practically" paleo lifestyle but I couldn't do it without my Chocoperfection bars. The fiber cancels out the carbs so I feel happy eating them. I also continue to lose weight! They don't cause a weight stall.

I don't get cravings as they are low carb. It's the carbs from sugar that give me the cravings. These bars are delicious and satisfying for me.
