My hair grew so much in a month. but it also made my face break out like crazy, so I had to stop taking the vitamins. once I stopped taking the vitamins, the break outs stopped. I really hate it broke me out, because this stuff really does grow your hair. if you are acne prone, avoid these vitamins.

This product really works. It’s saving me from hair loss and making my nails grow long and strong I’ve been taking it for years for hair loss. My hairdresser promised me it would restore my hair loss and it did!!

Been taking this for about a month. I really don’t notice any difference so far in this product and just taking 10,000 mg of Biotin except the price. Will go back to the Biotin. It does have a pleasant sugary taste when taking it. It is a large tablet to swallow.
