How do. i connect to my iphone. i went into settings and bluetooth is on but it keeps polling. what can i do?

If you have gone into the settings and the Bluetooth in the setting on your phone is searching and doesn't find the new bee Bluetooth... check the Bluetooth make sure the power button is pulled on (towards the back) and that the light is blinking red and blue red and then blue... now it should be able to find it. The red and blue light is not blinking? Click the send and receive button for like 3 -5 seconds and the lights should now be blinking red and blue and now your phone should be able to find it.

Can i charge this on charging dock?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "Charging dock". This unit needs to be plugged into a standard USB port and cable and a low voltage or high voltage charger both work.. It doesn't take long to recharge. I have 4 including 1 in my car, 1 in my home and 1 each in 2 different offices in 2 states.
