Great for remote work and video calls
as someone working from home, i needed a laptop that could keep up with my daily zoom meetings, presentations, and heavy multitasking- and this laptop delivers. the built-in webcam is clear, the microphone picks up my voice well, and the speakers are loud enough without needing a headset. it runs my work apps effortlessly, and i've never experienced any overheating. setup was quick, and i love how slim and quiet it is.

Smooth as butter experience
Needed something that can do some light gaming and watching movies!! This fits me perfectly. Not only does it have a great battery it is super snappy to load up applications. This is a great value for the bundle of all you get from this laptop.

Great Sound Quality
Most laptops have tiny, weak speakers, but this one actually sounds decent. I use it for music while working and don't feel like I need to grab my headphones. Volume gets pretty loud without distortion. It's a nice touch for a compact laptop.

Perfect and battery has held up great
I love my new laptop. I don’t use it a lot…will literally go a few weeks in between but the battery has held its charge really well. It’s perfect for what I needed it for

Had to return this one sadly. It wouldn't wake up from sleep mode. Had to hard reset it every time.I heard there is something wrong with a batch of Intel chips.Got a Samsung laptop instead. It's really nice. Would have liked this one too, although they are making key boards now with tiny up and down keys. That was affecting my productivity, along with the booting up issue.

So far, so good. Love the backlit keyboard, with just the right feel. The touchpad also feels right. The display is clear. It's not heavy. Boots up quickly.
