Good Value
Many mass-produced ranch dressings seem to be made for people lacking functional taste buds and are dull, vapid and a little sad. This product has the flavor pop I’m looking for. Yes, there are better ranches out there, but they may cost more than you want to pay. This is a reasonably priced compromise product that sits within the price/quality sweet spot.

Parents, make life easy on yourselves - you know you want to buy it!
I give up. We all know this stuff isn't healthy. It's empty calories and additives and all the things that I told myself that I'd never feed my kids, but darn it tastes good.I spent years trying to make healthy versions of ranch dressing after I had my first kid. My husband complained, but my darling daughter ate them happily.... Then the school birthday parties started and she discovered "real ranch." Quickly she joined her father's bandwagon, but I was able to convince her that the healthy option was tasty and so good for her. She sweetly continued eating my nutritional-yeast-and-cashew-based substitutes (I know, I know). The second kid, however, tipped the scales too far. His first words were, "mama," "no," and "why does your ranch taste funny?" I was done.I admit it!!!! Hidden Valley Ranch is the gold standard. It's smooth and creamy and just the right level of herbs and garlic to make everything taste delicious. We can cut corners on junk food in other areas, but I have to admit defeat on this one. In fact, if you look at the ingredient list, it's not too bad - they are recognizable and pronounceable. MSG gets a bad rap IMHO, so I'm fine with it - it natural develops when you add salt to tomatoes; it's not some evil lab creation.A small "bad" for the greater good of getting my kids to eat more veggies is OK in my book. A ratio of 1tbsp of ranch per baby carrot is fine, right? ... Right?... Um, right?Fun tip:Ranch is a great white base for creative sauces. My kids didn't like beetroot, but a little ranch, and you've got a Barbie-pink veggie! We all have or know that kid who reacts to veggies like a vampire does to garlic. If ranch helps, go for it. Whatever it takes, parents - you've got this!!Thank you for taking the time to read my review - I hope it helped you! Good luck on your veggie quest!

Tastes great
There’s 8 perfectly sized Ranch dip containers that I used to use dressing on crackers to soothe my stomach plus tastes so good with veggies like broccoli, carrots and more!!

Great
Would you consider eating pizza without ranch? Or a ranch salad without ranch? The bigger bottle is the best value for money. The smaller bottle is way too expensive especially when we buy it at a grocery store in New York City.

Well-balanced dressing
The taste (lite with herbs and cream) was just as it ought to be. Not over-powering but with firm consistency

Come on! It’s Hidden Valley!
What else can you say? If you’re a ranch fan, this is it! I’m a Canadian expat living in the U.K. now for 11 1/2 years….my mother bought Kraft Ranch Dressing and Kraft French Dressing with her on her visit. They are both gone, and the closest you can get to Hidden Valley that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg is to buy Newman’s Ranch Dressing which they carry on the shelf in major grocery store chains in the U.K.Even on Amazon I can’t find traditional North American French dressing. It’s more of a vinaigrette, whilst the dressing I’m after is orange in colour and I wish I could find it without ordering it from a specialty shop and pay a small fortune in shipping.Yes, this costs almost double than if you bought Hidden Valley in the grocery store in Canada/United States, but not outrageously so, and it was worth it to us, being on a very low carb, ketogenic diet prescribed by my doctor for inflammation and pain due to my Ehlers-Danlos and to lose some weight. This product is low in carbohydrates, making it perfect to put together a salad that is equal parts gem lettuce, diced cucumber, green pepper, homemade bacon bits (mince half frozen bacon and cook - when you freeze it, and let it defrost a couple of hours, it is infinitely easier to dice without the fatty part stretching and hard to dice no matter the sharpness of your knife; so pro tip - just have it semi-frozen and toss it in a heated frying pan or skillet!) and topped and then tossed with this dressing. You can have a large bowl and keep it under 4-5 grams of carbohydrates!

i thought it would taste like wingstop ranch however it does taste more like a heinz salad cream. i will admit it is insanely expensive for a dressing.
