Deceptively small upon arrival but perfect solution for me
My sofa is a little worn in and this is exactly what I needed to support me comfortably again. It was vacuum packed and looked small upon arrival but after opening it expanded nicely and I enjoy using it. I do not have it strapped in place and it doesn’t move around too much. It is sturdy and supportive for my back. I would definitely buy it again and the color is very nice-I ordered the brown.

A fabulous support pillow with one major flaw
This lumbar support pillow is a dream. I use it in my recliner and it feels absolutely wonderful as a support behind my lower back. I can't say enough about how good it feels. However, there is one thing that is kind of a pain in the ________. It comes in a very nice quilted cover, which is great because if it gets soiled, you can just wash the cover. However, when you use it, the memory foam pillow inside the cover tends to slip down a little bit, so every time you finish using it, you will be unzipping the cover in order to adjust the inner pillow back to the original position. That only takes seconds, so it's not a big deal, but if you don't do it, it will get worse.

Great support
Due to medical conditions, I have to sleep in a recliner rather than a bed. It's comfortable but leaves a gap at the lower back. I have tried many lumbar support pillows and cushions which disappointed. This support cushion gave me full and comfortable support. This cushion really worked, and I am more than happy with it and highly recommend it.

It’s too short and too thick for me!
This pillow is very well made, and provides the perfect amount of lumbar support for my lower back However, I need it to be about 3-4 inches taller in order to ALSO support my mid-thoracic spine, which also gets very sore, so that was the first issue. (I’m 5’5”)The second problem is that it’s just too thick for me - it pushes my butt was too far forward in the chair, and then my head is so far away from the back of the chair that I can’t rest it there unless I use a couple more pillows.

GREAT one!
My lumbar support is totally awesome. Well worth the cost. I had been using a small pillow, but I had to readjust it every time I got up. That was annoying, and I got tired of it. Just got this today, and it was.heavenly. As soon as I satdown on it I could feel the pain relief. I was afraid it would be too bulky, or not fit the area I needed. It is perfect. I just put it under my heating pad in my recliner, which lives there. I wish I had gotten years ago.

Great product!
I weigh around 225 and this pillow is grand. Put it on a crappy recliner I bought and it’s perfect. Worth every cent. No it’s not to big and no you don’t have to re-just it constantly. I wish the color was more of a chocolate brown and it was made out of faux or pu leather instead of cloth.
