High quality better than expected, would buy again. Highly recommend!
Cushion is high quality dense foam that had no odor, expanded quickly (used same day it came), and has firm gentle support for aching legs. Care shows in every detail, comes with reusable package opener, detailed instructions & info, nice removable soft fabric cover, and well designed with obvious pride of workmanship. It is heavy duty and fits a very heavy person fine. I had a flat top cushion for years and had to use 5 extra pillows propping the sides to stop my legs rolling off. If they shifted I could barely walk the next day and became afraid to go to bed. I don't need any extras now; cushion keeps both legs in place and greatly helps ease chronic pain from injury decades ago. I learned the hard way to treat both legs the same when only 1 is injured. Elevating only my left leg for months when first broken caused my whole body to torque permanently to the right, causing immense pain. This cushion helps get my legs evenly aligned, well supported, and keeps them straight while sleeping. I can't recommend it enough. Very sturdy. Thank you Milliard!

A must have for leg injuries
A half of year ago, I fell, and broke both, my tibia and fibula in my right leg. I had to have a surgery, when they placed a metal rod into my shinbone, and secured it internally with screws. I was looking forward a long recovery which was colored by some painful days. The first couple of weeks I had to lay on my back with frequent elevations of the leg. I also had to ice a lot, and try not to toss and turn around while I was asleep. And I found this product! After a rather fast delivery, it took about a day and half to get itself inflated to full size, but I could use it right away after I opened it. It was a godsent! The elevation was just right to give me comfort, it did reduce the pain, and helped me to avoid tossing-turning while I slept. Gave me the most comfort throughout the hardest days of recovery. The cover is washable, soft and comforting. Once in position, it doesn't slip around on the top of the bed.Later on, when I could actually start to step on my injured leg, I still had swellings, and some meritorious bruises paired with sudden pain - I've reached back to my trusted leg elevator for some instant pain relief and comfort. I'm fully recovered now, but I suffered some muscle loss, I need to work out, and as my muscles are waking up, I get serious muscle sores - so my leg elevator is still in use in 7 months post injury :DMy husband is on his legs a lot, sometimes he snatches my leg elevator from me to enjoy instant relief for his tired legs. Before my injury I didn't know this kind of a product exists - now, I cannot live without it. Highly recommended, it did deliver what it promised.

Very happy with this leg elevator pillow
I have a few bulging discs in my lower back. The thing that brings greatest relief is lying on the floor with my legs up high on the bed, but it isn't comfortable sleeping that way. I used pillows when I slept, but they would become compressed and I'd kick them off the bed in the middle of the night. I thought I'd give the Millard leg elevator wedge pillow a chance. I'm a big guy - 6'2" and 270 pounds. I thought the foam would compress but that definitely is not the case. When the pillow arrived, it was greatly compressed in a vacuum sealed bag. The instructions said to unzip the pillow and give the foam 48 hours to expand (it may have been 72 hours). Whatever it said, I allowed an extra 24 hours before using it. They included a cutter to open the vacuum packaging which encased the pillow. Save the cutter as it also works as a nice envelope opener. I've had the pillow for about a month now and I'm very happy with it. At first, I thought my legs were too close together and felt it would be better to have a little more space between my legs, but I've gotten acclimated to it. I probably sleep on my back at least half the night with my legs legs elevated, and I notice relief in my lower back during the day. As I sleep, I tend to want to roll on either side. I end up with one leg on top of the pillow and one under it. It just happens as I'm half asleep but sometimes I roll back and get both legs up on the pillow. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with this pillow and very happy I purchased it.

It has made a difference
My son ordered this pillow for me when I had my second total knee replacement. It has definitely made a difference in being able to elevate both legs without having to fight multiple pillows. I really enjoy being able to elevate both legs at the same time. It is very comfortable and the channels made maintaining positioning easy. I love the fact that the cover zips off for easy cleaning although I have yet to wash it. The only downside is that this thing is HUGE!!! I had to have someone to assist me in setting me up as well as removing it.

Comfortable and Solid
I bought this pillow because i've been working a desk job for a year and my feet and lower legs have been so swollen it's almost painful. I was developing signs of stasis venous issues such as bruising and itching. I tried elevating my legs during the day but, work has to get done, right? So I tried putting a stack of pillows under them at night but it fell apart and bothered the cat. I used this pillow last night and here's what I'm experiencing: slept great, got up and my feet and ankles felt normal for the first time in a long time. I was able to get through the first half of my work day without pressure building up in my ankles and feet. I look forward to continued use and further healing of my legs. As for the pillow itself: it is firm enough to feel stabile and the cover is very soft. It is large but that's what keeps it from being jostled out of bed. It definitely feels better than cheap foam wedges. I like that the leg spaces are just large enough that you could add hot or cold packs.

Excellent for Recovery from Surgery
I had ankle surgery and often sleep on my side or stomach. This allowed me to be comfortable and remain on my back all night. Used on the couch as well. Excellent quality and very comfortable.

Good support for legs
Really good support for legs. Puts you in the right position. It is large and does take up a fair bit of space when storing.
