It's pricey but worth every penny! It's well made, and as advertised, drys fast, light weight and easy to pack. I love the XL size and the colors don't bleed and they're super soft!

Ordered these towels for a trip to the beach.They definitely held up to their promises to be quick drying and sand free. Sand shakes right off. They’re absorbent to help you get dry quickly and then they dry quickly to be ready to use again. I’m glad I made the purchase and that they were worth the money spent. They fold and pack up very nicely in the beach bag.The quality is very good and I expect to be able to use these towels for years to come.

Ordered these quick-drying towels in lagoon blue, charcoal, and goa grey in the large size (63" x 35"), and I couldn’t be happier! The towels are lightweight, super absorbent, and dry incredibly fast. The material is buttery soft and feels amazing on the skin. They’re perfect for the pool or beach. I love that they fold up small and come with a handy pouch for easy storage and carrying. The colors are beautiful and vibrant, exactly as pictured. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these towels in different colors!

My friend bought these for our beach trip and I love them. They are so soft and the sand doesn’t stick to them. They washed well and dry quickly. They come with a carry bag but that’s too much trouble. They are easily folded and carried in a beach bag.

Unexpected Perk: Have you ever gotten out of the hot tub on a cold day and used a nice soft super absorbent towel only to realize that now its completely soaked and you're freezing. These magical towels wick away the water and help you get dry so you can properly clothe yourself immediately. I thought these would just be our summer beach go to towels but we all kinda wanna use them as our daily towels. I think we own about 5 of these Dock and Bay towels now and we couldn't be happier.Comparison: I love the look and style of the dock and bay when heading down to the beach or when i wanna look all cool in a public space but I also picked up a couple of Wise Owl towels at Big Lots for $5 and have a couple Nomadix Towels from REI. These are hand's down better than the Nomadix that don't come with a bag to carry the towel in. The wise owl towels we purchased came with a small hand towel and the bag is made out of mesh so I feel I can put it away and if it gets put up wet I know it can still air out. When going to the beach the dock and bay canvas style bag is so much better because it helps keep the sand out of the towel. I can throw it down on the beach, run straight into the water, pull my towel out and don't have to worry about sand. The Nomadix and Wise Owl have loops for hanging which is an easy addition that I wish Dock and Bay would put on these towels. Overall, the feel of the Dock and Bay is better than the others and the carry bag has more benefits. The Wise Owl were excellent, especially given their price, and the hand towel is a nice bonus to keep together in the bag.Verdict: These towels are definitely worth the price and whether we are going to shower, the pool, or the beach we always end up reaching for our Dock and Bay Towels. They really are the best we've used

I really like these towels. They are large, soft, pretty, and def do not hold on to sand. I have several, and would purchase them all again.

The media could not be loaded. I love these towels. I got the large size for my son. I’ve had mine for years and use it all the time. They are not thick which is great for packing and dry so fast. I would recommend the larger size because I enjoy big towels. I’ve placed them on pool loungers so you can see the size easily. Yellow stripped is a kids towel large and the rainbow strip one is an adult XL.

When this arrived, I thought it was shrink wrapped because the package was so small. I was wrong. The towel itself is quite large (two people can fit while sitting on it comfortably at the beach) but it’s super thin, and absolutely NOT a towel because it’s NOT absorbent in the least. Sand didn’t stick to it, so if you’re looking for a beach blanket that you’ll only be sitting on, this will work. Don’t expect to be able to dry yourself off using this item. Washed in cold water and it didn’t run, which I was worried about. I don’t know that I’d purchase it again, but I’m mainly not returning it because it’s cheaper than other sand-resistant options and as a beach ground cover it does seem to work.
